Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid services and digital materials offered by Shiningjoints in New Zealand.
1. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Our services come with guarantees under the CGA that cannot be excluded. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, be fit for any particular purpose you told us about, and be completed within a reasonable time. If we fail to meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund depending on circumstances).
2. Cancellation Before Consultation
Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time receive a full refund of any prepaid fee. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled once at no extra charge.
3. Digital and Personalised Materials
Once personalised sequence documents are delivered, refunds are generally unavailable because content is tailored to you. If delivered content materially differs from what was agreed, contact us within 7 days for review under your CGA rights.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days unless required under the CGA.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Email confirmation is sent when initiated.
6. Fair Trading Act 1986
We will not misrepresent refund entitlements or use unfair contract terms. All pricing is shown in NZD on our Pricing page.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email feedback@shiningjoints.world with your name, booking reference, and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
