We provide educational home mini-training programmes using bodyweight movement and household surfaces. Content is general information only — not medical advice, physiotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Disclaimer.

3. Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other mandatory New Zealand consumer protection laws. Where services are supplied to consumers, they must be fit for purpose, acceptable quality, and match their description.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for assessing your readiness before performing any movement. Consult a qualified health professional if you have concerns. You participate at your own risk. You must provide accurate information when contacting us or purchasing services.

5. Pricing and Payment

Current fees in NZD are listed on our Pricing page. GST is included where applicable. We will not mislead you about price or service features, in compliance with the Fair Trading Act 1986.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by or licensed to Shiningjoints. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Privacy

Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or reliance on movement guidance. Liability for services is governed by the CGA where applicable.

9. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve concerns. You may also contact the Commerce Commission (fair trading matters) or Disputes Tribunal (claims up to $30,000) where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Courts in New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction.
